From memories of Griffith Stadium -- located where Howard University Hospital currently stands -- to recent Nationals’ games, WHUT wants to capture the highlights, magic, and memories of D.C.’s baseball history which tell the story of how both the city and the game has changed over the decades.

Ross Inks Baseball Contract

NORMAL, Ill.- Former Savannah State outfielder/first baseman Jonathan Ross has signed a professional contract to play baseball for the Normal Cornbelters of the Independent Frontier League.

BCB Poll: Bethune Cookman repeats as National Champions

Bethunce Cookman University repeats as National Champions for Black College Baseball. The Wildcats were ranked #1 the entire 2010 season and finished their season with a 35-22 record. Bethune-Cookman won its fifth straight MEAC tournament baseball championship and crusied to an 18-0 regular season MEAC conference record. Bethune has won the most BCB National Titles since 2002, with titles in 2008, 2007, 2004, and 2002.
